Known as the Salmon Capitol of the World, Ketchikan is an island city on the Inside Passage in SE Alaska, often the first to be visited by cruise ships. Full of totem poles, majestic trees, salmon, and history.
Distance & Trail Rating: Two 5K loops. Rating: one rated 1B, and the other rated 2B.

Comments: This walk is available seasonally, from April 1 through October 31. Restrooms available at the Start Location and along the route in town. Loop 1 is quite hilly, while Loop 2 stays mostly along the Harbor. Walkers can choose either loop or both. Route includes trails, bridges, and boardwalks. Strollers will need to find some workarounds. All walkers pay $4.
