Othello Station

Walk in this vibrant neighborhood, which proudly claims the title of most diverse zip code in North America.  Explore a rich mix of many different languages (over 40 ! ), faiths, foods, customs, and cultures.  Even the terrain spans the spectrum – from very flat to very hilly.  The 10K route extends to Seward Park, which has a sandy beach on Lake Washington, an Audubon Center, and a Pottery Studio.

Distance & Trail Rating:  5K, 6K and 10K.  Rating: 3A.

Online Start Box: Registration is only available on the Online Start Box.  For registration information, go to ava.org, or try this link.  Once you’ve registered online, the walk directions and map will be available for you to download.

Comments:  Restrooms available at Safeway across the street from the Station.  One other restroom available on the 10K route at Seward Park at about the 7K point.  Pets not allowed on Light Rail, but ok on walk route if arriving otherwise.  Leash and clean-up laws apply.
