Walk from dawn to dusk. Leschi Mart is open 9 AM to 8 PM daily, but may be closed on major holidays.
There are four loops on this walk, each approximately 5K. Loop A heads along the lakeshore up into the Madrona neighborhood with lovely views, and a long boardwalk/bridge. Loop B heads through the Leschi neighorhood, Frink and Mt Baker Parks, and the historic Ellsworth-Storey cottages. It offers magnificent, panoramic views of Lake Washington, the Floating Bridge (from above & below), the Eastside and the Cascades. On clear days, Mt Baker to the north, and Mt Rainier to the south will be visible from the viewpoint above the Lacey Murrow floating bridge. Loop C is an add-on to Loop B, and goes along the lakefront, up into the Mt Baker neighborhood, with some of Seattle’s grandest homes. Loop D is an add-on to Loop B that heads out across the I-90 floating bridge and back. Loop A is okay for strollers and wheelchairs.
Loops A and B are good 5K walks. For 10K, walk A and B together, or B and C. Mix and match for 15K. Do all for 20K.
